Message	who's job it is to set the price. The investors drive the price up and down by speculating. When the hurricane was heading in, investors specualted that there would be supply problems and the price responded immediately. Its the same if you sell wheat or coffee or any other traded commodity. If you want to blame someone blame the investors who are playing the market. The only way oil execs can influence price is by trying to scare investors or attempting to influence what investors think will happen in the market. _________________________________________
